after establishing the concept, we begin the design development phase which includes more refined 3D digital modeling/renderings to really understand the spaces we are creating and a complete floor plan.

construction documents are needed in order to make your design a reality. these include producing drawings for permitting entities, exterior & interior elevations, plumbing & appliance plans, framing plans, and electrical plans.
